1Eligibility and Age Requirements

By registering, you confirm that:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tamabet org does not accept third-party payments. Funds received from accounts not matching the verified player identity may be held or returned at the Platform's discretion.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted by players who have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds from tamabet org.

Withdrawals are processed to Philippine payment channels only – bank transfers, online banking, and local e-wallets. The payment account used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as your verified tamabet org account.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method and your account tier. VIP members receive priority processing. tamabet org aims to process all verified withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, but does not guarantee specific processing times.

tamabet org reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or flagged transactions. Withholding such documentation may delay or prevent the release of funds.

5Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on tamabet org are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections and stake amounts before confirming any bet. tamabet org does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the specific game's rules.

For sports betting, outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or void result, tamabet org's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. Players are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing a bet.

For live casino games, the results of each round are determined in real time. tamabet org does not interfere with game outcomes. Published payout rates and game rules apply to every session.

tamabet org reserves the right to void bets placed in error, or where a technical fault has resulted in incorrect odds or game information being displayed. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake will be returned.

6Promotions and Bonuses

tamabet org may from time to time offer promotional credits, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players. The availability, terms, and conditions of any specific promotion are published separately and apply in addition to these Terms.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirements applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. tamabet org does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

Abuse of promotional offers – including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, providing false information, or engaging in patterns of play intended to exploit bonus conditions – will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tamabet org:

• Creating more than one player account.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of unlawfully obtained funds.
